A concierge is a personal assistant!  They do the things you don’t have time or energy for. A concierge is your right-hand person. We exist to make your life manageable by doing the things you don’t have time or energy for. 

They help with daily chores; do your shopping; run errands; buy gifts for your friends and family events; help with light home management such as gardening and making rooms ready for holidays or seasonal changes; wait for deliveries/repairmen, take your vehicle to be repaired, cleaned or serviced; help you plan and execute parties and gatherings; do light meal preparation; help with organizing rooms and closets; accompany you to social events and much more.  Click on our Services tab to learn in detail.

Anyone who needs an extra set of hands to make life manageable and fulfilling will benefit from our awesome concierges. We exist to help families maintain work/life balance.

Our specialty is providing services to active seniors wishing to remain in their homes, and to the families of those seniors who need support to manage their lifestyles, families and obligations. 

However, we are available for anyone wishing to create work/life balance.

Just call us.  If it’s possible, we’ll be happy to talk about it with you.  If we can’t help you, most likely we know someone who can help, and we’re happy to connect you with them.

Yes, we are fully insured. 

We only work with trustworthy, responsible and reliable individuals who have undergone background checks, have excellent references and have gone through our training sessions.  Usually, we personally know many of our concierges before we bring them on board.

Our goal is to have continuity of service by always sending each client the same concierge. This is a very relational situation!  There will be times when we can’t do this due to unforeseen events; at these times we will give you as much notice as possible and make the transition as comfortable as possible.

If you don’t feel an affinity for your concierge, you absolutely have the option to request someone different. This is about YOU and we want YOU to feel completely comfortable in every way.

We offer personalized and unique services for our clients.  We do not offer personal care or medical services.  Nor are we licensed as a home health agency.

Most home health care agencies offer basic personal needs care, such as bathing and grooming. Those are necessary and wonderful services.

We believe life is more than basic needs, and many active seniors  want to be independent and live a high quality of life. Our goal is to be the extra set of hands that allows you to make choices that create an enjoyable and dignified life. We help you live life on your own terms.

  • Active seniors. We come alongside and do the things you might not have energy for so you can still enjoy life.
  • Families of seniors. Families giving care, whether a little or a lot of care, love gifting their parents with our services. We give them the peace of mind that their loved ones are living full lives even when they aren’t able to be present.  And when families do get together, it’s more relaxed and relational.
  • Families of seniors will often end up using our services for themselves after they see what a miracle the delegation of chores is. Everyone is very busy these days and it seems there aren’t enough hours in the day to get it all done. Really, is just getting by the point of life?  You were created with a need to enjoy life!

We are located in Lawrence, KS. Currently, we are taking care of clients in Douglas County (Lawrence and Tonganoxie) and Shawnee County (Topeka). We have plans to expand into the Johnson County area in the future.

We have several options available to you. First, our  A la Carte option is billed at an hourly rate, with a two-hour minimum.  We also have packages and a membership option. Choosing a package or membership option will give you the best value for your money.

 We often have a seasonal promotional offer as well.  Call us to learn more.  We will discuss your needs and suggest the option that suits your situation best.

Together we’ll evaluate your needs and wants to see if we’re a good fit for you.  Based on our conversation, we will suggest either the A la Carte option; a particular package; or a membership option for you.  If we have any special promotional offers, we’ll let you know about those. We promise we will never ‘oversell’ you.  We want you to be happy! 

If you’ve got a membership package, you have the option for last minute requests in certain circumstances.  Otherwise, we ask for a two-day notice and more if possible.

 As long as the services fall within a category of the services we offer, we’ll work with you to use them in the most efficient way possible.  Remember, you will still need to book the services in increments of two hours and book the hours two days in advance. The exception to this is a purchased special package, such as a holiday elf package.

Yes!  We have generic gift cards and also gift cards for seasonal promotions. These are great to give to a family member who is a caregiver. They are also an excellent gift for a senior who probably would enjoy more help but isn’t quite ready to take the leap.

We will reward you with one or more free hours of service when you refer friends or family to us.  Be sure to have them mention your name when they sign with us.

Our office hours are 9AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.  You can email, leave voicemails or text 24 hours a day. Inquiries from new clients will be answered during office hours.  Established clients with purchased memberships have the bonus of contacting us outside of office hours. 

Typically, we don’t offer services after hours, on weekends or during holidays.  However, we strive to accommodate our established clients. If this is you, let us know your special need and we will try to accommodate you. For these hours, we bill at 1.5 times our regular rate.
